Customer Data: D&D Security Products maintains customer data on our main computer system as a convenience to our repeat customers and to provide better customer service. This data is kept private, under password protection, and is only available to our officers and employees that have a need for it.

Credit Card Security: When you use our on-line shopping software, SSL technology is used to encrypt all transmissions containing your credit card number. Your credit card number is not printed on your
invoice, receipt, or on any other material shipped with your order.

Customer Address List: D&D Security Products has neither sold nor intends to sell information we have received from our customers.

Shipping Container: Your order will be mailed using a plain brown box, or a Post Office Priority box. The contents will not be revealed on the outside unless required by customs. For a return address, we identify ourselves only as D&D Products.
