Return Policy
         All returns must be authorized.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Defective Product Returns:
* Products received defective will be replaced for free. Buyer must request a return
    authorization within 5 days of receiving the product to receive a free
    replacement.
* Products that become defective after 5 days but within their warranty period will
   be replaced for a service fee of  $15.00 to cover shipping cost to and from the
   manufacture and return shipping to the customer. This fee may be higher for
   large or multiple items or items being shipped outside the Continental US.
* Products may be returned for a credit if they are received defective or become
   defective within 30 days from the date of sale.  Credit is for the product cost
   only, shipping charges are not refundable. A 25% or a minimum of  $10.00
    handling fee is added for defective products returned for credit. After 30 days
    from date of sale, and  within  the warranty period, defective products can be
    returned for replacement only. 
* Pepper Spray may not be returned unless received defective.
* If a product is returned as defective, however Seller's test lab determines the
   product not to be defective, it will be returned to the Buyer for a shipping &
   handling fee.
* No replacement or credit will be offered for products that have been misused,
   modified, or damaged.
* If the product being returned for a replacement is no longer available. If
   possible, a product of similar or higher value will be substituted or a credit will
   be issued at the Seller's discretion.
* Items sold as a close out sale can only be returned if defective.
Non Defective Product Returns:
* If, for any reason, Buyer is not satisfied with the product received, Buyer  may
   request to return it for a credit. If the request is made within 10 days of  receiving
   the product and it is returned complete, in new condition, and in it's original
   packaging, a credit will be issued for the product cost only less a 25% restocking
   fee.
* If Buyer requests to return a non defective product after 10 days and within 30
   days of the date of purchase, and it is returned complete, in new condition, and
   in it's original packaging, a credit will be issued for the product cost only less a
   50% restocking fee.
* No credit will be issued for non defective returns after 30 days from the date of
   sale.
* If the wrong product is shipped to the Buyer by mistake, it will be replaced at
   no charge providing it is returned in unused condition and in it's original
   packaging.
* If an item is un-deliverable and returned to Seller by the carrier, a credit to the
   Buyer will be issued for the product cost not including shipping charges. If
   the delivery was not completed because it was refused by the Buyer, a 25%
   restocking fee will also be subtracted from the credit. 
How to request a return authorization (RMA)
* E-mail returns@ddsp.com.  State the item being returned, the reason for the
    return and order number or order reference number found on the Sales
    Receipt. The Buyer will be issued an RMA number by return e-mail along with
    return instructions.
* An RMA is valid for 10 business days. If the product is not retuned within
    those 10 days, a new RMA must be requested. 
* The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the package
*  Seller is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged by the carrier.
